12/02/2003    -    The Club had its opening ceremony for the new Courts and Floodlights last month. Please see the Photo Page for a view of the courts and some shots of the ceremony.

2nd October 2002    -    The Court Resurfacing and new Floodlighting has been completed and looks superb. The Minchinhampton Winter Floodlit League has now started with an enthusiastic interest from many clubs and members alike. We hope the tournament goes well and look forward to an enjoyable winter's tennis with many plans for the New Year.

9th August 2002    -    Court Resurfacing has begun

11th June 2002     -     Club Development Programme - official statement.

The Club is now fully in the process of completing its plans of resurfacing its 3 courts and replacing the floodlights. This will allow the club to have fully modern facilities in an expanding club.

We have all the necessary paperwork ready to pass to the LTA in expectation of receiving a loan to cover most of the floodlighting expenses that will be incurred, as well as funds from Stroud District Council Rural Loans programme.

With this in mind we expect to be performing the renewal of the facilities in August-September 2002.

When we have progress on this we will let everyone know further details.
